With over 40 years of professional experience, Shieun Ta boasts an R&D team led by Ph.D. professionals and a dedicated aerosol R&D laboratory, offering comprehensive technical support including formula design and testing to ensure products meet the highest quality standards from the development phase.
In compliance with cosmetic regulations, Shieun Ta has established an independent microbiological testing laboratory, where professional personnel conduct rigorous testing on raw materials, semi-finished products, final products, and water to ensure products meet international quality standards.
In 2020, Shieun Ta invested in relocating to a new facility, adding two European-imported fully automated high-speed filling lines to enhance production capacity and quality. The entire factory is equipped with dust-free flooring to ensure a clean production environment, and a dedicated cosmetic production line has been established in accordance with GMP standards to provide the best production environment for our customers.
Upholding excellence in quality, Shieun Ta obtained the ISO 22716 international certification in 2021, becoming the first professional aerosol cosmetic manufacturer in Taiwan to achieve this recognition. In 2023, we further passed the Taiwan GMP certification, continuously improving to meet customer demands with the highest standards.
In 2024, Shieun Ta successfully passed the SEDEX certification, actively fulfilling corporate responsibilities and advancing toward our ESG sustainability goals.

A brand-new 1,200-ping (approx. 39,600 sq. ft.) facility was completed, featuring a dedicated cleanroom filling line specifically for cosmetic products.
